"My child joined the Bridge Programme in 2022, and it was truly the best decision we made. The teachers were very supportive and helped my child adjust smoothly from Kindergarten to the primary level. In just a few months, we saw amazing progress in reading, confidence, and overall learning. The transition to Class 2 was seamless, and my child continues to enjoy coming to school every day. We’re very thankful to GIG International School for this wonderful start!"Parent of Chhakreshwar GovinduPrimary Class 4 (Joined via Bridge Programme in 2022)

Yes, because Bridge classes are small, dedicated cohorts with individual lesson plans. Every child receives a baseline assessment in week 1, so teaching is targeted rather than generic. The full Class 1 Cambridge syllabus is covered across English, Mathematics, Unit of Inquiry and a second language.
Individual lesson plans are updated throughout the course. Teachers are Cambridge-trained specialists, and additional zero-period sessions are available where a child needs more time. Free online sessions also run for 3 weeks before the programme starts, so your child arrives prepared.
Hindi, Tamil or French, all taught from beginner level. No prior knowledge is required.
Your child must be at least 5 years 9 months old at the start of the programme and must have completed at least 2 years of preschool (K1 and K2). If you are unsure, our admissions team will assess your child's situation without obligation.
The Bridge Programme carries an 11% tuition reduction. Group and sibling discounts may also apply, up to 22.5% in total. All 23 activities are included in the tuition figure. For full fees, send an enquiry and the admissions team will share them with you.
No. Children move directly into Class 2 at GIG and continue on GIG's Cambridge pathway through to IGCSE, AS and A Levels. 1 school, no transitions.
The Bridge Programme runs in small, exclusive cohorts. If your child is completing K2, tell us about them and the admissions team will be in touch. Ask anything about the programme, fees or eligibility.
