Payment schedule: Six terms per annum: April, June, August, October, December & February

Payments can be made by NETS, Cash or Cheque.

• GST @ 9% applicable for all fees payable.
• Late Fee / Administration Fee per Week: $50. For all fees payable, GIGIS permits a maximum of 3 days’ delay from the scheduled due date as stated in the Standard Student Contract. Thereafter, a Late Fee will be charged.
• If late payment is received within 7 days after the due date, Late Fee chargeable is $50. After 7 days from the scheduled date of payment, an additional $50 per week is chargeable.

Fee Protection Scheme

The Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) safeguards students’ fees in situations where a private education institution (PEI) is unable to continue operating due to insolvency or regulatory closure. It also provides protection if the PEI fails to pay penalties or return fees to students arising from judgment made against it by the Singapore courts.

All the course fees paid by students to GIG International School Pte Ltd are covered under the FPS Group Insurance provided by Liberty Insurance Pte Ltd. The insurance coverage begins from the date the fees are paid and remains valid for the duration of the course that the payment applies to, or until the course end date, whichever is applicable.

The following fees are exempted from the FPS, if collected by GIG international School Pte Ltd:
● Course application fee
● Prevailing Goods and Service Tax (GST)
● Miscellaneous fees (including transport and book fees)
● FPS insurance premium
● Examination fees

Courses lasting a period of 30 days or less, or up to 50 hours are not required to be covered under FPS.
GIG International School may collect a maximum of 12 months of course fees. This applies to all course fees paid by both local and international students.
