Professional Practice – Public Speaking

This course develops your verbal and social skills and the confidence to address any audience, through well-designed learning modules, interactive activities, constructive evaluations, lectures and live presentations. Learn to speak fluently in teaching, training, customer service and any public-facing activity. With constant practice and consistent support from mentors, learn how to confidently say the right thoughts at the right time, every time. Speak convincingly and coherently in front of any audience and confidently present well-articulated thoughts every time in order to become the most sought after public speaker.

Admission Criteria

  • Minimum 3 “O” levels with credit in English or
  • Any other recognised Certification, Diploma or Degree
  • Mature candidates by interview and approval from the School

Assessment

  • Classroom Presentation / Participation
  • Forum Participation
  • Lesson Planning
  • Practicum / Practical Examination
  • Written Theory Examination

Course Duration

  • Part-time study – 7 weeks in total
  • 1 session a week, – 4 hours per session

Graduation

Upon successful completion of all lessons, Practical Examination and Theory Examination, candidates will be awarded a Certificate of Professional Practice – Public Speaking accredited by London Teacher Training College, along with a Transcript.
