WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY
Participants who wish to withdraw from the course is required to submit a formal letter of withdrawal to the Principal:

If 14 working days before the course commencement date: only 80% of course fee paid can be refunded.

If 7 days before the course commencement date: only 50% of course fee paid can be refunded.

If less than 7 days before the course commencement date: Strictly No Refund

After commencement/ No show: Strictly no refund. In addition, participant needs to pay up the balance of the fee amount if the course fee paid is less than the number of lessons attended.
DEFERMENT POLICY
Participants who wish to defer the course to next intake is required to submit a letter of deferment to the Principal. Candidates taking the Diploma of Educational Studies are only allowed to defer 1 (one) time for only one module. Subsequent deferment(s) will be charged.
30 working days before class commencement:

The deferment fee of $100 will be waived for a first time request.

14 WORKING DAYS BEFORE CLASS COMMENCEMENT:

Less than 14 days before class commencement:

A deferment fee of $100 will be levied.

GIGIS reserves the right to deny deferment request.

Participants are required to make full payment or continue the installment payment as stipulated in the installment plan.
Participants must attend their classes within 6 months from date of registration.
ALL EXAM FEES AND REGISTRATION FEES ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.
